Tutorial: Fox Fleece Scarf
Learn how to make this adorable fox scarf with this quick tutorial. This scarf is made using fleece fabric in orange and white to create the fox-face effect. Simply check out the free pattern below and follow along with the step-by-step tutorial.
Supplies Needed:
(all of my patterns include 1/2″ seam allowance)

Step 1

sew the fox Face
with right sides together, sew the the fox face marks to the fox face.

Step 2

sew the ears together
with right sides together sew the fox ears to the white lining

Step 3

turn the ears to the right side
trim the seam allowance and turn the ears to the right side.

Step 4

sew the ears to the fox face
Place the ears face down on the fox face and sew them in place.

Step 5

flip the ears to the other side and sew
Flip the ears over the seam and topstitch through all layers to enclose the edges of the ears.

Step 6


sew the tail
With right sides together, sew the tail tip to the tail.

Step 7


sew the fox tail to the fox face
with right sides together, sew the fox tail to the fox face along the center seam

Step 8


sew the lining pieces together
With right sides together, sew the lining tail to the lining face.

Step 9

sew the lining to the fox scarf
with right sides together, sew the lining to the fox scarf. Leave a gap in the center so you can turn it to the right side.
Step 10

turn the scarf to the right side
trim the curves at both ends of the scarf and turn it to the right side through the gap in the lining. You may want to top stitch all around the edge for a neat finish
